The property is conveniently located at 50 m from the beach and in Roses' central pedestrian zone among shops, bars and restaurants.Due to the uniqueness of the building rooms vary in shape, size and color. However they all have in common a modern mediterranean desing with services such as a flat screen TV, high quality mattresses, air conditioning, safe, minibar, phone, Wi-fi and a fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer and heated towel bars.

This air-conditioned hotel was built in 2010. Designed by renowned local artists, it has been turned into a cosy, contemporary Mediterranean hotel. At its core are three old fishermens' houses that have been transformed into a modern and comfortable environment. The design and location will make guests feel part of Roses and the Costa Brava. Having arrived in Roses, drive straight ahead until reaching a large square (Plaza de Cataluña) on the left side of the road (the sea will be on the right). At the end of this square turn left to drive around the square. Just before the bank turn right and follow the one way street for 150 m until arriving in front of the hotel.
