These apartments are located in the historic heart of Barcelona. They are right next to Plaza Real, one of the most famous squares in Barcelona. Nou de Zurbano Street is right in the heart of the old town and less than 20 m walk from Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. This is one of the most tourist-frequented areas of Barcelona, full of tapas bar, eateries, coffee shops and fashionable stores. El Liceu Theatre, MACBA and Palau Guell are just a 5-minute walk away.The apartments have been refurbished with style and quality fittings. The modern decor and warm tones contribute to the apartments' Mediterranean ambience. The living space is compact and comfortable and has separate spaces for relaxing and dining. These flats can accommodate up to 3 people, having 1 double bed and 1 individual sofa bed. It has a complete bathroom with shower and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with microwave, oven/grill, fridge-freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. Linen, towels, glasses, pots and pans and crockery and cutlery are all provided. The apartment has all the modern conveniences, including air conditioning and heating, a safe, colour TV, a DVD player, radio and CD player.
