This hotel is situated in one of the most attractive areas of the island, in the heart of Guiniguada valley, one of the most important on Gran Canaria. The island's government has implemented a project here to improve and beautify the area. The Maipez mountains, after which the hotel is named, cover an area of around 30,000 m³. Volcanic eruptions and the solidification of the lava flow shaped these mountains. This hotel is located in La Calzada, in the north of Gran Canaria and only around 10 minutes away from the capital and around 25 minutes from the airport.The rooms include a bathroom and heating. Each room is unique and features beautiful views.

From the airport, head towards Las Palmas de G.C. (GC-1). About 8 km along the road, guests will arrive in the city. Take the right-hand lane, then turn off onto the GC-3 towards Tafira, following signs for the hospital. Changing direction, take the tunnel and the Secadero exit (CG-110) until reaching the crossing. Take another right towards Secadero. Drive straight on towards St. Brígida until La Calzada junction (CG-310). After around 1 km guests will see the road to La Calzada on the left-hand side (GC-320). Drive for a further 500 m and after the road narrows and La Calzada tennis and paddle club, guests will find the hotel.
